Hello!
I am trying to activate the NTP server on Mikrotik. This requires the MIPS-BE package, the stable version of which is version 6.47.8 (https://download.mikrotik.com/routeros/ ... 6.47.8.zip). Therefore, I downloaded the stable version of RouterOS 6.47.8 from the link https://download.mikrotik.com/routeros/ ... 6.47.8.npk copied through Winbox in the Files menu, rebooted the router. But after the reboot, the router version remained the same 6.43.8 I tried to install the old MIPS-BE package for MikrotikOS version 6.43.8 from the link https://download.mikrotik.com/routeros/ ... 6.43.8.zip Downloaded, copied the file routeros-mipsbe-6.47.8.npk from the archive to the Files menu, rebooted, but the NTP Server item did not appear.
The router is deployed on ESXi 5.0:
- Image chr-6.40.5.vmdk;
- CPUs: 1;
- Provision HDD Size: 128 Mb;
- Memory: 256 Mb;
- Guest Operation System: Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (64-bit).
Output in MikrotikOS:

Download MikroTik RouterOS ARM Firmware 6.47.8 (Router / Switch / AP) What's new in 6.47.8: - arm - improved system stability; - bgp - treat route target with AS 65535 as two byte AS. To do that you have to enter your MikroTik.com username and password and the desired license level you want to acquire. As a result, a CHR ID number will be assigned to your account on the account server and 60-day trial created for that ID. There are 2 ways to obtain a license - using WinBox or RouterOS command line interface.
